With the area's recent explosion in popularity, Los Cabos now offers a wide range of
boutiques, gift shops and stores. Imported goods are more commonly available than in other
Mexican resorts, particularly at the supermarkets where the shelves are stocked with
familiar American products. Most shops are open 9:00am to 1:00pm and re-open from
3-7:00pm. Here's a quick look at each city's shopping scene.
Many shops are in old colonial buildings within a short walk from the zócalo or along
Boulevard Mijares. Jewelry (including black coral) and resortwear are best buys.
